I usually suggest shuttle bus to piazzale Roma. From there it will take 15 minutes walking to the apartment.
You can also decide to take a boat. Public (alilaguna to the stop San Stae) or private (water taxi to Campo san Giacomo dell'Orio)

Cars are not allowed in Venice, so you cannot park near the apartment. Closest parkings are Garage San Marco and parcheggio Comunale, both located in piazzale Roma (10 minutes walking far from the apartment). Fees are 28 euro per day

We have no reception in the building, but there is a deposit, where you can store your luggage before the check in time!
The building is located 10 minutes walking from the train and the bus station, so it is pretty easy to reach (3/3 bridges to cross). Best apartment in case of issues with the steps are Ca' Tiepolo and Dimora Giorgione (ground floor)
